Binaural beats are frequencies that you can listen to as you’re falling asleep. The ones designed for lucid dreaming try to put your brain into the theta state, making techniques like WBTB, WILD, and FILD even easier to perform.

Many lucid dreamers have had success using binaural beats, but some people don't feel the effects so if you try them and nothing happens, don't be upset. Dreams operate on expectations, so if you really believe that listening to binaural beats will cause you to lucid dream then it will probably happen.
