1. Stay Calm
The most important rule is to avoid running around shouting, "I'm dreaming!" Don’t get too excited and wake yourself up. Don’t tell people in the dream that it’s a dream… trust me. It never works out!
2. Rubs Your Hands Together
Research has found that movement inside lucid dreams stimulates the conscious brain. It draws a higher awareness to your dream body, grounding your sense of self inside the dream. Also try spinning around, looking at your hands, and taking in your surroundings. Do some math too!
3. Demand Clarity
If you ask for something in your dream, it will happen. Ask for clarity and the dream will become clear :)
