How To Lucid Dream Right Now (Counting Induced Lucid Dreaming Tutorial)
Welcome back to another lucid dreaming tutorial. In this video, I teach you how to use CILD, a variation of the WILD technique, to achieve vivid lucid dreams tonight. This is more advanced and is not for everyone, but I recommend giving it a try just in case! If you want a complete beginners guide on how to lucid dream, click the link below.

SUMMARY OF ALL THE STEPS:
1. Set an alarm to wake yourself up around 5am
2. Lay flat on your back and completely relax
3. Start counting up slowly, starting from one
4. You will transition into the dream!
It's a little more complicated than that and I recommend watching the entire video if you want more detailed information. Like any technique, CILD requires practice if you want to see consistent results. This is one of the best ways how to lucid dream because you can enter DIRECTLY into a lucid dream from the waking world!
This lucid dreaming technique revolves around you counting to maintain awareness in the dream so your mind is kept awake while your body falls asleep. If all goes well, you'll transition into a lucid dream without even knowing it. However, there is a good chance you'll experience sleep paralysis from this but as long as you're focusing on counting and are relaxed you will hardly notice. Just remember that sleep paralysis is a powerful tool that can be instantly turned into a fully blown lucid dream, and if you experience it, that means you're VERY close!
