Meditation will also boost your dream recall and strengthen your ability to control things inside of dreams, which is really important if you’re serious about lucid dreaming. Something that I find really cool about meditation is that you can do it anywhere, and you don’t need any equipment to get started. There are many different ways to meditate, but this video goes over one of the BEST meditation routines for lucid dreaming.

The best time to meditate is right before you go to sleep. Once you’re comfortable and once you’ve gotten rid of every distraction, sit upright on your bed and close your eyes. Then, follow the meditation technique shown in this video and you'll increase the chances of experiencing a lucid dream. You may even slip directly into one!
