My REACTION to LT Lickme The WATCHERS episode 4

You are never safe from The WATCHERS this one kinda got to me cause I have special needs kids and the thought of someone taking advantage of someone with disabilities really hits home for me. This guy got off easy in my mind and after seeing his reaction to it I truly feel he might do this again to someone.
