Pot Chicken Biryani :-

25 grm Ginger Paste
4 Green Chilies Chopped,
8 Cardamom,
10 cloves,
1 Cinnamon,
1 Star Anise,
1 Marathi Moggu
1/2 Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilly powder,
1 1/2 Coriander powder,
2 tsp Biryani Masala / Garam masala
Mint Leaves (One Hand full),
Chopped Coriander Leaves (One Hand full),
Fried Onions1 Lemon Juice,
1 Cup Rice Bran oil,
Salt as Taste,
To Cook The Rice,
1 1/2 Cup Biryani Basmati Rice,
2 tbsp Rice Bran oil,
Whole Spices
1 tsp Shahi Jeera,
1 Cinnamon,
4 Clove,
3 Cardamom,
1Bay Leaf )
Water - 3 1/4 Cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
Fried Onions
Saffron Water
Cover & Cook 5 Mins High Flame and
10 mins low Flame,
Dum for 30 to 40 mins on low Flame
