We've all heard of Achilles, especially within the context of the phrase "Achilles' Heel," but many of us couldn't provide much more detail to the story of this mythical Greek figure than that. However, in ancient Greece, Achilles was the man, right up there with Hercules in terms of importance to the Greek cultural mythos. Sadly for this ancient character, Hercules has had a greatest second act, through the work of Disney and others.
