Today we toured an amazing estate in Bel Air that might be my favorite home in Los Angeles. Where do I start; 20k sq entertainment space , lush landscaping, privacy, amazing interior space at its finest and so much more in this California mega estate. Mega mansions are known for their huge scales and kinda cold rooms but not this one. This mega mansion felt so cozy, warm and inviting. This property is definitely built with the consideration of entertaining and enjoying the outdoor spaces since its located in Los Angeles; that has amazing weather year around. The part that is so crazy about this home is the 20k sq feet entertaining space. This giga mansion `s entertainment space has several hang out / entertainment rooms, bowling alley - thats right a bowling alley! - an amazing indoor pool / spa and indoor racket ball court. Located in Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, this property is close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and rest of the coast. As a real estate agent I see expensive homes / properties everyday but this luxury house is in my top 3 list in entire Los Angeles! Bel Air is a neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains which was founded in 1923. The community was founded in 1923 by Alphonzo Bell. He bought a large ranch with a home on what is now Bel Air Road. He subdivided and developed the property with large residential lots, with work on the master plan led by the landscape architect Mark Daniels. He also built the Bel Air Beach Club in Santa Monica and the Bel Air Country Club. Bel Air is filled with some of the biggest, most luxurious homes Los Angeles has to offer. Okurken aynı zamanda Windsurf kariyerimi devam ettirdiğim üniversite döneminde küçüklüğümden beri ilgimin olduğu emlak sektörüne yatırımlar yapmaya başladım. Bu ilgim, okulumu bitirdikten sonra bir kariyere dönüştü ve Texas’ta inşaat ve emlak işleriyle uğraşmaya başladım. Kısa bir süre içinde, Texas’ta yaşadığım bölgenin en başarılı müteahhitlerinden birisi oldum. Orada kurduğum işler ve hayatım çok iyi giderken, bir anda her şeyi geride bırakıp hayranı olduğum Los Angeles şehrine taşınıp kariyerime orada devam etmeye karar verdim. The international student from Alacati, Turkey, who began entering competitions in his home country in 2004, is now a regular competitor in such locations as Miami, Maui, Germany, Turkey, Spain, South Korea and the Canary Islands.
The full-time business student, who received a scholarship when he enrolled at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in August 2007, says the windy weather makes Corpus Christi, Texas, which he considers his second home, an ideal windsurfing location, allowing him to practice up to three times a day.

Holmby Hills is a neighborhood in Westwood area in the Westside of Los Angeles. Holmby Hills was developed in the early twentieth century by the Janss Investment Company, who developed the rest of Westwood as well as several other Los Angeles neighborhoods. With the growing demand of Sunset Boulevard, Holmby Hills was divided into two northern and southern sections, each lying within a different community plan area designated by the City of Los Angeles: The portion south of Sunset Boulevard is the area north of Wilshire Boulevard and east of both Beverly Glen Boulevard and Comstock Avenue, and west of the Los Angeles Country Club; it is located within the Westwood Community Plan Area. The Hollywood Hills straddle the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. The neighborhood touches Studio City, Universal City and Burbank on the north, Griffith Park on the north and east, Los Feliz on the southeast, Hollywood on the south and Hollywood Hills West on the west. It includes Forest Lawn Memorial Park, the Hollywood Reservoir, the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Bowl and the John Anson Ford Theater. Hollywood Hills is bisected southeast-northwest by US 101. The neighborhood is bounded on the northwest and north by the Los Angeles city line, on the east by a fire road through Griffith Park, continuing on Western Avenue, on the south by Franklin Avenue and on the west by an irregular line that includes Outpost Drive. Hollywood Hills is the ultimate example of Los Angeles living with incredible views and some of the most beautiful properties in the city. Canyon and city views are the main reason why most people live in Hollywood Hills. Infinity edge pools are almost customary for Hollywood Hills homes. The Pacific Heights Residents Association defines the neighborhood as stretching from Union Street to Bush Street in the north–south direction and from Van Ness Avenue to Presidio Avenue in the east-west direction. In 2013, Pacific Heights was named the most expensive neighborhood in the United States. The article stated that if San Francisco's Pacific Heights had its own zip code, it would be the most expensive place to live in the United States.

Doğma, büyüme Alaçatı, İzmirliyim. Alaçatı’da 2003 yılında başlattığım profesyonel Windsurf kariyerim ile 3 dünya şampiyonluğu dahil birçok başarı elde ettim. Bu da benim için o dönemde hayal bile edemeyeceğim birçok farklı kapı açtı, bunlardan biri de ABD’deki özel yetenek Green Card’ını almaya hak kazanmam oldu. Bununla birlikte, tam burs ile Texas A&M Üniversitesi’nde okuma şansı elde ettim. Okurken aynı zamanda Windsurf kariyerimi devam ettirdiğim üniversite döneminde küçüklüğümden beri ilgimin olduğu emlak sektörüne yatırımlar yapmaya başladım. Bu ilgim, okulumu bitirdikten sonra bir kariyere dönüştü ve Texas’ta inşaat ve emlak işleriyle uğraşmaya başladım. Kısa bir süre içinde, Texas’ta yaşadığım bölgenin en başarılı müteahhitlerinden birisi oldum. Orada kurduğum işler ve hayatım çok iyi giderken, bir anda her şeyi geride bırakıp hayranı olduğum Los Angeles şehrine taşınıp kariyerime orada devam etmeye karar verdim. Orada da emlak işi ile beraber, İngilizce YouTube kanalımı başlattım. Kurduğum bu YouTube kanalı 2 yıl içinde çok büyüdü ve emlakçılığı bırakıp tamamen YouTuber olmaya karar verdim. Türkiye’den gelen yoğun istek üzerine önce ana kanalımdaki bütün videolara Türkçe altyazı koymaya başladım, sonra da tamamen Türkçe olan bu kanalı açmaya karar verdim. Güzel mimari ve lüks evlere olan merak ve bilgimi izleyenlerimle paylaşmaktan çok keyif alıyorum, umarım videolarım ve gezdiğim evler sizin de ilginizi çeker.
