This video is about how to deal with difficult people. However, the truth is that there is no such thing as difficult people. When 1 person says something, you may be annoyed by it, but the next person might not be. Dealing with difficult people requires that you understand that your emotions, your frustration, your annoyance, is created by your thoughts. How to deal with difficult people is to be aware of what thoughts are going on in your head when you feel annoyed. Then, you have to question whether those thoughts are true. When you discover that your thoughts (judgments) about someone aren't true, then your annoyance will dissolve immediately.
How to deal with difficult people is by learning how to deal with the thoughts in your mind.
Can you allow yourself to relax and enjoy yourself? How much more success do you think you need before you believe you'll feel good enough, happy, and relaxed?

This video is about how to deal with anger, and is part of my anger management series. It may seem as though our anger is created by what others have done or said, but it’s really not. If someone did something and you didn’t know about it (couldn’t think about it), then you wouldn’t feel it. After someone committed an action, in any moment that you don’t think about it, you don’t feel anger.
How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management?
First, you have to recognize that your anger is created by your thoughts, and stop blaming your anger on others, and events.
How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management? The second thing to do is to look at whether you believe others' opinions about you. If you don't believe others' opinions about you, then your opinion of yourself won't worsen, and then you will have nothing to defend.

Consciously, you may want to be happy. But, if you can't lose a particular form of suffering, it's often because you're unconsciously attached to it.

If you have been dealing with stress at work, it most likely seems as though the stress is created by your job, your co-workers, or your boss. But, in any moment that you don't think about any of these things, you will experience no stress at work.
If your stress at work was caused by the facts of your situation, then you would feel stress in every moment at work that the facts were the same.
The first step for how to deal with stress at work, or how to handle stress at work, is to recognize that your stress is created by your thoughts and not by the facts.
The next step for how to deal with stress at work (how to deal with anxiety) is to recognize that whatever outcome you think would be bad, might not be bad at all for your life. Ideally, this will give you wonderful anxiety relief or stress relief

This video about to how to be happy in life. The main thing that you have to understand about how to be happy in life is that thoughts are what create your unhappiness. No matter what you get or achieve in life, it doesn't have the ability to get rid of your thoughts. If it doesn't get rid of the thoughts that cause your unwanted emotions, then it doesn't have the ability to make you happy in life. The answer to the question, how to be happy in life, is to address the thoughts that make you unhappy.
What happens when you just try to breathe and be present to what's happening in this moment? If your thoughts keep taking your attention, it's probably because there is unsafety in your system, and your mind is just trying to help ensure your survival. Have compassion for your busy mind, explore what caused your unsafety, and work to let go of it.
