Hi everyone, welcome back! Today's video is on astral projection ... essentially it's an "how to astral project 101" with the basics of what you need to know! I had a lot of fun researching astral projection and i recommend trying it out yourselves sometime! It's truly a fascinating topic AND you can also shift through it :D (for those of you trying to shift realities)

Note that astral projection is often connected to #spirituality however it honestly doesn't matter what you believe in, you can still do it regardless seeing as it's a natural phenomena (aka it's safe for everyone).
